Consideration for this role requires expertise within graduate recruitment or training and development. A Commercial Manager must achieve personal revenue targets alongside undertaking and implementing key strategic projects using available expertise and resource to deliver a profitable result.

This role reaches further than a pure recruitment position and as such the Commercial Manager requires marketplace knowledge and the ability to provide budgets and business plans that support the business case.

Tasks also include developing marketing opportunities, systems development and strategic link creation, and where appropriate management of a team.
