The role of Senior Recruitment Consultant requires some expertise in recruitment. It is important for a senior Consultant to have an understanding of the recruitment process, even though this may differ from that of Discovery Graduates.
Activities will be both new business generation and account management including
- New business generation through proactive telephone based sales
- Client meetings where appropriate
- Networking events and research
- Candidate assessment.
A Senior Consultant within Discovery Graduates is more autonomous in their delivery on targets, however will still have extensive support from the Graduate Account Managers on recruitment projects, and the Senior team on new projects.
